Hara stated that CSW members need to remember that they are representing the <br />County of Hawaii in the public and they are a direct reflection of the Mayor. Any kind of <br />correspondences that are exposed to the media or the public will need to get approval <br />from J. Viernes. If it's a legal issue, then P. O'Toole will assist CSW in addressing the <br />concerns. Any questions relating to reimbursements, structures, or cost approval <br />should be referred to J. Viernes. <br />M.
