APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM SEPTEMBER 7, 2006 MEETING <br />The Chair requested that this item be deferred to after the presentation by the Civil <br />Service Department. All members were agreeable to this. <br />3. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />There were no members of the public present. <br />4. APPROVAL OF ADDENDUM AND /OR SUPPLEMENTAL AGENDA <br />There was no addendum or supplemental agenda. <br />5. PRESENTATION AND QUESTION /ANSWER SESSION BY THE CIVIL <br />SERVICE DEPARTMENT <br />The Chair introduced Michael Ben and Ronald Takahashi, who were there to represent <br />the Civil Service Department. <br />
