Mr. Joseph said he agrees that there may be a <br />benefit in doing this, but they should know the function of each organization very well and not <br />do it haphazardly. He said it is good to question things, but the Board of Ethics is important, and <br />the Chair agreed that it is an important Board. <br />Vote: The Chair called for a vote.
