Stremski, Commissioner <br />Others present: Diane A. Noda, Deputy Corporation Counsel <br />Mary Crosson, Secretary <br />Dora Beck, Department of Environmental Management <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />The Chair called the meeting to order at 10:05 a.m. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM APRIL 6, 2006, MEETING <br />Motion and Vote: Ms. Nicholson moved to approve and file the minutes; Mr. Joseph <br />seconded; and all members voted to approve and file the minutes of April 6, 2006. <br />3. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />There were no members of the public present. <br />Communication No. 2006 -22: A letter to Demetra Reynolds from Dixie Kaetsu. <br />Motion: Ms. Nicholson moved to file the letter; and Ms. Stremski seconded. <br />Discussion: Mr. Joseph pointed out that Ms. Reynolds' letter was dated May 6, 2006 (a <br />date in the future), and so he was hesitant to accept it. He said he would accept the letter with a <br />notation that the date is incorrect. <br />Motion Amended and Vote: Mr. Sakaguchi said clarification could be sought on the <br />date. Mr. Joseph said he would accept that as an amendment to his motion. Mr. Sakaguchi <br />
