Barry read thank you letter that was sen <br />Waikoloa Marriott. Discussion was held on future correspondence <br />made and seconded that when something is initiated at a meeting, <br />having to wait for quorum to get approval for correspondence (i. <br />letter), a draft will be sent to members via email, and members <br />respond. If there is no response, the draft will be sent as a l <br />P. Barry also read the thank you letter that was sent to the new <br />P. Barry reported that all the posters have been laminated and w <br />in banks in West Hawaii. <br />F. GAPS/CONCERNS/SOLUTIONS - P. Barry reported that the Mayor will be <br />getting back to her on various issues he is presently addressing <br />Prosecutor's Office, Police Dept., etc. She also informed the c <br />Mayor asked for two reports, and the commission should look over <br />report and start putting the new one together. Discussion was h <br />should be invited to future meetings from the police dept. or ot <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />A. ARTICLES TO SHARE - Hawaii State Coalition - two reports will be <br />the commission (Membership Meeting and Legislative Meeting). <br />Motion was made by L. Lord and seconded by D. Auldridge to go in <br />Session. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />After Executive Session adjourned, Wendell Hatada told the commi <br />application that is available through the Hawaii County Resource <br />Motion was made and seconded to change meeting date from Februar <br />February 26. <br />P. Barry informed the commission that she will not be at the Mar <br />P.
