Officers <br />II. Duties and Powers of the Chairperson <br />III. Duties and Powers of the Vice-Chairperson <br />IV. Meetings <br />V. Notice <br />VI. Quorum and Transaction of Business <br />VII. Public Statements <br />VIII. Public Information <br />IX. Minutes <br />X. Rule Making Procedures <br />XI Authority <br />All interested persons are invited to attend and they shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard. Those <br />desiring to present oral testimony should register prior to the convening of the meeting. Those unable to <br />attend may submit their written comments on the subject to the Department of Environmental <br />Management, 25 Aupuni Street, Room 202, Hilo, Hawaii 96720. <br />The proposed rules to be adopted will be mailed at no cost to any interested person who requests a copy <br />by contacting Valerie Tanimoto at 961-8323.
