They were informed <br />that a Corporation Counsel session for new commissioners would be scheduled to discuss <br />laws relating to County Commissions. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 25, 2004 MEETING: <br />2. <br />Carolyn Witcher made a motion to approve the February 25, 2004 minutes.Marjorie <br /> <br />Erway seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously. <br />APPROVAL OF ADDENDUM AND/OR SUPPLEMENTAL AGENDA <br />3.: None. <br />STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON ITEMS LISTED ON AGENDA <br />4.: None. <br />CORRESPONDENCE/REPORTS/DISCUSSION: <br />5. <br />DirectorÓs Report <br />(attached to original minutes) <br />SORT STATION: <br /> <br />March 8, 2004 Final EIS was published in OEQC bulletin. <br /> <br />There is a 60-day legal challenge period. <br /> <br />Invitation for bids (construction only) publication is expected in mid-April with the pre-bid <br />conference in June. <br />SOLID WASTE OUTREACH & PUBLIC EDUCATION: <br />March 18, 2004 Construction and Demolition (C&D) Debris Disposal Information Meeting <br /> <br />Very little input was received from the three contractors who attended. <br />Solid Waste Community Meetings, March 9, 10 and 13, 2004 <br /> <br />A news release will be published regarding the positive input and ideas received from <br />attendees and will encourage additional comments from the public. <br /> <br />
