Commissioner Mayhew seconded and the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 26, 2007 MEETING: <br />2. <br />Commissioner Cooper moved to approve the September 26, 2007 minutes as written. <br />Commissioner Okamura seconded the motion. Submitting budget <br />request for funds to include more dates and locations around the island. <br />2-BIN RECYCLING presentation was given to Council. Educational efforts will continue. <br /> <br />
