Frankel made a motion the commission recommend the Council approve this bill <br />with the suggested amendment. Witcher seconded the motion and it passed <br />unanimously. <br />EMC2004-07 ORDINANCE PROPOSING GREENWASTE TIP FEE FOR COMMERCIAL <br />HAULERS: (attached to original minutes) <br />The Commission requested Leithead-Todd to revise the ordinance as follows: <br />Insert “organics disposal” between “The” and “fee” in (2) Greenwaste and <br />- <br />Organics Diversion (B), <br />Delete “and (b)” from (2) Greenwaste and Organics Diversion (B), <br />- <br />Add (C) clarifying that the greenwaste must be “separated”. <br />- <br />Frankel made a motion to recommend to Council that they approve this bill with <br />suggested amendments. Smith seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. <br />EMC2004-08 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT TO CONDUCT AN <br />AMNESTY PROGRAM REGARDING DERELICT VEHICLE RECYCLING AND <br />DISPOSAL FROM PRIVATE PROPERTY: (attached to original minutes) <br />Okamura moved for adoption as submitted.
