COMMITTEE REPORTS • Committee on Rules & Procedures The Commission will discuss the [PROPOSED] RULES OF PRACTICE AND PROCEDURE OF THE HAWAI ' I COUNTY PUBLIC ACCESS, OPEN SPACE AND NATURAL RESOURCES PRESERVATION COMMISSION. RECOMMENDATION: The Committee on Rules & Procedures recommends that the Commission approve the Proposed Rules of Practice and Procedure for adoption at a public hearing to be held pursuant to Chapter 91 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes. • Committee on Assessment Criteria The Commission will discuss the proposed assessment criteria, which will solicit the community's input for establishing a list of prioritized lands.
