COMMITTEE REPORTS • Committee on Rules & Procedures The Commission will discuss the [PROPOSED] RULES OF PRACTICE AND PROCEDURE OF THE HAWAI ' I COUNTY PUBLIC ACCESS, OPEN SPACE AND NATURAL RESOURCES PRESERVATION COMMISSION. RECOMMENDATION: The Committee on Rules & Procedures recommends that the Commission approve the Proposed Rules of Practice and Procedure for adoption at a public hearing to be held pursuant to Chapter 91 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes. • Committee on Assessment Criteria The Commission will discuss criteria sheet "Lands /Entitlements Category Descriptions" and Appendix "F" of the County of Kauai's 2005 Report Sub - committees will report the results of the findings of community meetings held January 18, 19 and 20, 2006.
