DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT <br />Personnel from the Department of Finance will answer questions from the <br />commissioners regarding the Commission's budget or any other financial <br />matters. <br />CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT <br />Chairman to provide comments and /or information relating to matters of <br />concern to the commission. <br />RULES & PROCEDURE COMMITTEE REPORT <br />The Commission will discuss the [PROPOSED] RULES OF PRACTICE AND <br />PROCEDURE OF THE HAWAI ' I COUNTY PUBLIC ACCESS, OPEN SPACE AND <br />NATURAL RESOURCES PRESERVATION COMMISSION. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Committee on Rules & Procedures recommends <br />that the Commission approve the Proposed Rules of Practice and <br />Procedure for adoption at a public hearing to be held pursuant to <br />Chapter 91 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes. <br />ASSESSMENT CRITERIA COMMITTEE REPORT <br />• Sub - committees will report the results of the findings of community <br />meetings held January 23, 25, 26, 27, 30 and 31, 2006 and February 2, <br />2006. <br />• The Commission will discuss criteria sheet "Lands /Entitlements Category <br />Descriptions" and Appendix "F" of the County of Kauai's 2005 Report <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS: <br />• The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 21, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at <br />the Hawaii County Council, Kona Office, Kailua Trade Center, 75 -5706 Hanama <br />Place, Suite 109, Kailua -Kona, Hawaii 96740 <br />• Set Agenda for Tuesday, February 21, 2006 <br />3 <br />
