CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT Chairperson to provide comments and /or information relating to matters of concern to the commission. OLD BUSINESS: • Process and apply Assessment Criteria Sheet to complete intake survey forms received by September 5, 2006 along with reassessing the top twelve from 2006 submittal. • Discuss how report will be completed, including discuss drafting letter to accompany updated list. • Schedule a time line for 2007 year. 2
