Discuss with the Commission the need to adopt a rule regarding a procedure for taking properties off the priority list upon request by the property owner. CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT Chairperson to provide comments and /or information relating to matters of concern to the commission. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: • Create a time line for 2007 year. • Discussion of assessment and criteria and revision of forms. NEW BUSINESS: Discussion of format regarding the report for December 2007. Discussion of recommendations to submit at the January 26, 2007 meeting with Corporation Counsel and Department of Finance.
