UNFINISHED BUSINESS: Discussion of 2007 Annual Report to the Mayor (Commission to review draft and finalize annual report) NEW BUSINESS: • Discussion on recommending to the Mayor and the Hawaii County Council an amendment to the Hawaii County Code to allow the use of the open space (2%) funds for management and maintenance of properties purchased by the County under this fund.
