UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />Continue discussing amending the Commission's rules and procedures, <br />including, but not limited to, discussion on whether to include a <br />procedure for removing properties from the priority list upon owner's <br />request and procedure regarding process for creating the priority list <br />Continue discussing scheduling and strategies for 2008, including <br />recommended easements from 2007 suggestion forms. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />• Commission to consider maintenance and management options for <br />properties already acquired by the County of Hawaii with monies from <br />the Open Space Fund. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, ,July 14, 2008 at <br />10:00 a.m., at the Department of Liquor Control Conference Room, 75- <br />5722 Hanama Place, Suite 1107, Kailua -Kona, Hawaii. <br />• Set Agenda for Monday, ,July 14, 2008. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />NOTE: If you require an accommodation or auxiliary aid and /or services to participate in <br />this meeting (i.e., sign language interpreter, large print, etc.) please call 961-8251. <br />If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawai'i County Clerk within five days of <br />becoming a lobbyist. {Article 15, Section 2- 91.3(b), Hawai'i County Code} A lobbyist <br />means, "any individual engaged for pay or other consideration who spends more than <br />five hours in any month or $275 in any six -month period for the purpose of attempting <br />to influence legislative or administrative action by communicating or urging others to <br />communicate with public officials." {Article 15, Section 2- 91.3(a)(6), Hawai'i County <br />Code} Registration forms and expenditure report documents are available at the Office <br />of the County Clerk - Council 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, Hawai'i 96720. <br />2 <br />
