<br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />May 3, 2011 <br />TO:Chairperson René Siracusa and Members of the Redistricting Commission <br />FROM:Jeffrey Melrose, District 2 member <br />Subject:Map of Census Tracts and Census Blocks <br />Please find attached a map of the current Census Tracts in Black and Census Blocks in Red. These are <br />the two primary units of data we have to work with to complete our redistricting task. Not all of the red <br />blocks have population data attached to them but these are the units in which the Census Bureau collects <br />data if there is any. <br />The map was produced from the UHH GIS system. <br />FYI <br />COMM.11 <br /> <br />
