This map shows one prediction of how congressional seats will mo <br />a result of the 2010 census. It is based on estimates from the <br />each state as of July 2009 and then projecting forward to Census <br />various other projections that have been made, under which these <br />here and there. All show the continued shift of population from <br />West, as captured by each of the last several censuses. <br />This map shows the shifts, but it doesnt show the why. Why is <br />times as many seats as most states? <br />It also doesnt show how close each state is to gaining or losin <br />last prediction, Minnesota was on track to lose a seat by only 1 <br />Missouri, allowing it just barely to retain all its seats. By t <br />about 15,000 persons and Missouri loses one. <br />It also doesnt show what has happened since July 2009. With th <br />who want to leave Minnesota cant sell their houses, and people <br />get a mortgage. <br />2 <br /> <br />
