Noda, Deputy Corporation Counsel <br />Paulette Cainglit, Secretary <br />Absent: Kerry Inouye <br />CHAIR: Let's call the meeting to order. It is about 10:21 a.m. and we have <br />a quorum. And we have nobody from the public that has signed up <br />or present in the room, therefore we do not have statements from <br />the public. Can I have a motion to accept and file the Regular and <br />the Executive minutes of July 14tH <br />SC: I second. <br />CHAIR: It's been moved and seconded to receive and to file the minutes of <br />the July 14th meeting. All in favor. <br />SC: Aye. <br />RW: Aye. <br />CHAIR: The Chair votes Aye. It is passed. Communications. <br />Communication 2004 -16 is a letter to the Office of the Mayor, from <br />Lincoln Ashida as a reminder of campaign restrictions of County <br />Officials and Employees.
