Before you begin sir, would you clarify for us in your <br />letter... in your stance to the Petition on page two. You list your <br />defenses... under the third defense, would you identify what it is that <br />Mr. Manago is admitting to in the allegation from paragraph one. <br />What paragraph specifically is it referencing? <br />Petitioner: Mr. Chairman. Mind if I could have a copy of that. I never did get <br />any copy. <br />CHAIR: Did you forward a copy to Mr. deSilva? <br />Kamelamela: I have a certificate of service of October 6. <br />Petitioner: <br />I never got a copy. <br />Kamelamela: Is your residence address 3020 Ainaola Drive? <br />Petitioner: Yes.
