Mr. Paul deSilva and Mr. Dwight <br />Manago, requesting an informal advisory opinion regarding <br />violation of the County Code of Ethics. Mr. deSilva. <br />Petitioner: Do you want me to sit here? <br />CHAIR: Yes please. And everybody, we want to remind everybody that <br />we're recorded, so please speak clearly and slowly. <br />Petitioner: Okay. Good morning, Mr. Chairman, good morning Commissioner. <br />My name is Paul deSilva and by way of introduction ... may I ask <br />first Mr. Chairman, how much time I have... as much as I want? <br />CHAIR: The day is yours. <br />Petitioner: That's dangerous if you're actually <br />CHAIR: Okay. Right now Mr. deSilva is going to speak and anybody who <br />speaks, would you please identify yourself prior to speaking, Mr. <br />Kamelamela and Mr. Manago and anybody else who's going to <br />speak. <br />PKO: I'm just saying that for the record, to say that Mr. Kamelamela is <br />present and Mr. Manago is present from the beginning and then <br />Mr. deSilva would have the floor. <br />CHAIR: Okay, as the announcement says, Mr. Manago is present. Would <br />you like to sit up with your attorney. And Mr. Kamelamela, <br />representing Mr. Manago, is also present.
