It's <br />ten o'clock and all members are present, and we have members from the <br />public. Do we have statements from the public on specific agenda items? If <br />so, would you like to start this side and work your way right across and <br />introduce yourself and tell us your concerns or your purpose for being here. <br />FRANKEL: My name is David Frankel. I have three petitions, that we'll be discussing this <br />matter wait until we get to <br />CHAIR: - -Let's wait. <br />BLT: There's no mics set up down there, so <br />CHAIR: Yes. <br />YOSHIMOTO: Hi, I'm Jay Yoshimoto with the Legislative Research Branch.
