It's ten o'clock. First order of <br />business, statements from the public. Do we have any statements from the <br />public, , any statements from the public? If you are here to <br />testify, you have to sign it. I presume you've done that, you've got to sign in if <br />you're going to testify. I would like to just take a moment and have the public <br />introduce themselves and state your position being here Starting <br />with the gentleman on the left. <br />ACHMAT: My name is Alex Achmat, and I'm here to just observe the operations of the <br />Council, and I have an interest in the complaint against Mr. Arakaki. <br />
