CALL TO ORDER <br />The Chair called the meeting to order at 10:03 a.m. <br />2. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS' <br />CHAIR: We have four statements from the public, and I believe they're all on the <br />same issue, which is Communication 2007 -90. So would you like to wait <br />till we get to that item on the agenda, or would you like to present your <br />statement now? <br />PRANKE: I'll present mine now -- <br />CHAIR: - -Mr. Pranke? <br />PRANKE: Sure. <br />CHAIR: Although we don't have a clock, we'd like to <br />PRANKE: - -I won't be long. <br />CHAIR: Good.
