Ms. Lum said someone could still file a petition regarding a civil servant employee, and <br />if the Board determined there was a violation, they could issue an informal advisory opinion and <br />give it to the supervisor to handle. She said she understood the issue now and thanked the others <br />for the clarification. <br />The Chair said to leave the matter on the agenda for the next meeting, under Unfinished <br />Business. <br />d. Ongoing discussion on the Sunshine Law. <br />Ms. Schoen said she had no tidbit to share this month, and no one had any questions <br />regarding the Sunshine Law. <br />Motion and vote: Ms. Malanka moved to enter into Executive Session.
