So if you withdraw your second, and I'll amend it. Is that how we do <br />it? <br />CHAIR: Well, my goal here is to stick to what is stated in the Code of Ethics. <br />LUM: Okay. So you would like it to read, treated in a courteous, fair, and impartial <br />manner in her telephone message, and just take out this part? <br />CHAIR: Yeah- <br />LUM: --Takeout the last part— <br />CHAIR: - -it's reference to the telephone message. <br />LUM: I only put that in because I thought maybe we needed to have specifically what <br />we're dealing with. <br />CHAIR: I don't think it's necessary. <br />L UM: Okay.
