It doesn't affect my ability to sit on this case. <br />CHAIR: I viewed it via the link that was provided to me, and I don't think that it would <br />affect me. I think what was provided in the video points directly to the comments that you <br />quoted in your letter and what was shared on Hunter Bishop's blog. Marilyn? <br />NICHOLSON: I did view the link, and I don't feel like it�had any impact, because <br />basically what was on the link was exactly what we have in the printed materials, so it <br />didn't bias me in one way or the other. It was just sort of redundant with the existing <br />information. <br />CHAIR: Okay. Does any of the Board members have any problems with any of the other <br />Board members ruling on this? No?
