L UM: - -I thought they all —each one did get that. <br />CHAIR: No, it's not separate petitions. <br />SECRETARY.` But sometimes it lists more than one person on the petition. <br />NICHOLSON It could be an issue that involves two people, but we don't know that. <br />SECRETARY.- So just leave it- <br />LUM: If it's two different things, two different people and two different things- <br />NICHOLSON: - -A petition per issue, rather than per person, so if they're going to claim <br />more than one issue- <br />LUM: - -Now this one this morning from Mr. Joseph actually had two, but it's sort of the <br />same issue, but two different— <br />GENTRY- That's how he decided to submit it. <br />L UM: But this is way beyond what I can handle. <br />GENTRY.- See, he might have one —Cole might say one violation against twenty people. <br />How does that get— <br />CHAIR: Well, let's look— <br />GENTRY: -- Because he's dragging in half the world with this thing. ` <br />CHAIR: Let's write that letter and see what he comes back with, and then go from there. <br />The Chair announced the next meeting as being on January 14, 2009, at 10:00 a.m. at the <br />Department of Liquor Control's conference room in Hilo. <br />9.
