7. EXECUTIVE SESSION (VOTING) <br />a. Review of Confidential Financial Disclosure Forms filed pursuant to Section <br />2- 91.1(d), Hawaii County Code, by County board and commission members <br />and designated County employees, where personal matters will be reviewed. <br />Motion and vote: The Chair asked for a motion to accept all the financial disclosures <br />except for 9, 10, 12, and 15, which needed clarification. Ms. Gentry so moved, Mr. Martin <br />seconded the motion, and all members present voted aye. <br />Motion and vote: Ms. Gentry moved to accept disclosure 11 from Ann Lum. Mr. <br />Martin seconded the motion, and Ms. Gentry, Mr. Martin, and Ms. Nicholson voted aye. Ms. <br />Lum abstained. <br />8. ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />Ms. Lum announced the next meeting as being on April 8, 2009, at 10:00 a.m. at a <br />location to be announced. <br />9.
