APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Motion and vote: Ms. Nicholson moved to approve the Regular Session minutes of <br />March 11, 2009, Mr. Martin seconded the motion, and all members present voted aye. <br />Motion and vote: Mr. Martin moved to approve the Executive Session minutes of March <br />11, 2009, Ms. Gentry seconded the motion, and all members present voted aye. <br />E <br />
