I surmise Mr. Cole mistakenly <br />believes it was me who advised the Police Department to tell them that no action should <br />be taken on the criminal complaint and in fact a draft letter dated 28 August, 2007, <br />enclosed. Please note that I have also enclosed that very same draft letter dated 2000 <br />August 28, 2007. Please notice that that letter is the identical duplicate and is the draft <br />to the letter dated 7 June 2007 under the signature of Police Mahuna. So obviously, <br />somehow a letter dated 28 August got reversed in time and geographical location and <br />was placed on Police Department official letterhead and signed.
