To discuss legal allegations that were just made in statements <br />from the public. <br />SCHOEN: So basic —I just want to read for the record, because we need to adequately <br />state the reason for Executive Session. And so it would be a motion to enter into <br />Executive Session for the purpose of consulting with the attorney on questions and issues <br />pertaining to the Board's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities? <br />CHAIR: Yes, ma'am. <br />SCHOEN: Thank you. <br />CHAIR: All in favor?
