MARSH - JOHNSON: I wanted to talk about the ethics of the County of Hawaii in land <br />sales, though. And it's really important. I've been doing some investigative work on the <br />actual boundary lines of the Hamakua Forest Reserve, and I'm finding out that these <br />boundary lines are far larger than what you have now. And is it ethical for the County of <br />Hawai `i to withhold documents from the State of Hawai `i and lands from the State of <br />Hawai `i that belong to the State of Hawai `i? Is it ethical? We right now are in a <br />situation where I know that we have endangered species of plants and animals on this <br />island. The Department of Land and Natural Resources has a map. They know about <br />that. But we are allowing the County of Hawai `i to continue with these land sales and <br />CHAIR: -­Fm sorry to interrupt. We have to have it specific to something regarding the <br />agenda.
