Motion and vote: Ms. Lum moved to approve the draft letter, Ms. Gentry seconded the <br />motion, and all members voted aye. <br />e. Review of Confidential Financial Disclosure Forms filed pursuant to Section <br />2- 91.1(d), Hawaii County Code, by County board and commission members <br />and designated County employees, where personal matters will be reviewed. <br />Motion and vote: Ms. Nicholson moved to accept the two disclosures, Ms. Gentry <br />seconded the motion, and all members voted aye. <br />8. ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />The Chair announced that the next monthly meeting was tentatively scheduled for <br />November 18, 2009, at the Hilo Council Chambers. <br />9.
