The members of the public still in attendance were asked to leave until Regular Session <br />resumed. <br />The Board left Regular Session to enter into Executive Session at 11:50 a.m. <br />The Board returned to Regular Session at 12:18 p.m. <br />6. VOTING ON EXECUTIVE SESSION MATTERS <br />a. Approval of the minutes of the March 10, 2010, Executive Session. <br />Motion and vote: Ms. Lum moved to accept and file the minutes, Mr. Henricks <br />seconded the motion, and all members voted aye. <br />b. Approval of the minutes of the April 14, 2010, Executive Session. <br />Motion and vote: Ms. Lum moved to accept and file the minutes, Mr. Henricks <br />seconded the motion, and all members voted aye. <br />C. Review of Confidential Financial Disclosure Forms filed pursuant to Section <br />2- 91.1(d), Hawaii County Code, by County board and commission members <br />and designated County employees, where personal matters will be reviewed. <br />The Chair stated that after reviewing the confidential disclosures, the Board had found all <br />acceptable except for Nos. 6, 20, 23, 28, and 42. <br />Motion and vote: Ms. Lum moved to accept and file all the other disclosures. Mr. <br />Henricks seconded the motion, and all members voted aye. <br />The Chair stated that for the record, Shelly Stephens handed to him, right after they left <br />Regular Session, a document entitled "Hamakua Ethics Petition filed by Na Ohana" and asked <br />that it be added to the records on her petition. <br />Ms. Lum stated for the record that they had been handed documents on the status of <br />financial disclosures required to be submitted, which had been item d for discussion on their <br />Executive Session agenda. These documents would need to be reviewed at their next meeting. <br />7. ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />The Chair announced that the next meeting was scheduled for August 11, 2010, at 10:00 <br />a.m. at the Hilo Lagoon Centre's Conference Room in Suite 145. <br />Ms. Schoen announced that two people had been nominated to serve on the Board, and <br />they should be appearing before Council within the next few weeks. <br />24 <br />
