Johnson <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order by Chair John Replogle at 10:01 a.m. <br />STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS <br />1. Sara Burgess <br />Ms. Burgess resides in Puna and spoke in support of Honolulu Landing <br />located on the Puna Coast. She received a "heart warming" letter from <br />the Mayor and felt special that the Mayor hard written her a letter <br />regarding her concern for Honolulu Landing. Ms. Burgess is concerned <br />
