CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT <br />None <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />The Commissioners successfully completed the task of processing and applying <br />the assessment criteria to the survey forms. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />The Commissioners worked together as group and began prioritizing the list for <br />the Mayor's Report. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />Commissioner Kalani Flores made an announcement to the commissioners that <br />he attended the Waimea Community Association on March 15, 2006, and gave a <br />brief update on this Commission's progress. Commissioner Flores informed the <br />Waimea Community Association members that this Commission is still in the <br />process of completing the list for the Mayor which is due April 5, 2006. <br />The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 28, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at the <br />Department of Liquor Control, Conference Room located at 75 -5722 Hanama <br />Place, Kailua -Kona, Hawaii 96740. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Commissioner Kenneth Kaneshiro moved to adjourn the meeting; Commissioner <br />Benedict Yung second the motion and all members voted aye.
