DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT <br />10 0=0 <br />CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT <br />Chair John Replogle requested that the secretary provide a courtesy /reminder <br />call to the commissioners two working days prior to the next scheduled <br />commission meeting. <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />The Commissioners continued working together as a group in prioritizing the <br />properties for the list to be submitted to the Mayor by April 5, 2006. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />The next meeting will be held on Friday, March 31, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at the <br />Department of Liquor Control, Conference Room located at the Hilo Lagoon <br />Centre, 101 Aupuni Street, Suite 230, Hilo, Hawaii 96720. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Commissioner Kenneth Kaneshiro moved to adjourn the meeting; Commissioner <br />Ruth Walker second the motion and all members voted aye.
