DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT <br />None <br />OFFICE OF THE CORPORATION COUNSEL'S REPORT <br />None <br />CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT <br />Mr. Kaneshiro thanked the Commissioner's who came in to help with finishing up the list <br />of properties and those of Commissioner's who showed up at today's meeting. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />• Discuss how report will be completed, including drafting letter to accompany updated <br />list. <br />The Commissioners continued to work on the reports until they were done. <br />Mr. Campbell moved to adopt the 2006 Annual Report to the Mayor as amended. <br />Seconded by Ms. Springer. Mr. Kaneshiro called for a vote on the Motion, all members <br />voted aye by voice vote, motion carried. <br />Mr. Flores moved to accept the Prioritized list -Lands and/or Entitlements for Acquisition <br />dated December 27, 2006 Seconded by Mr. Gilmartin. Mr. Kaneshiro called for a vote <br />on the Motion, all members voted aye by voice vote, motion carried. <br />Ms. Self stated the meeting regarding the 2% has been scheduled for January 26, 2007 at <br />9:00 a.m. Ms. Self stated upon her discussion with Mr. Ashida and Mr. Takaba, they <br />both would welcome the Chair and Vice -Chair to attend the meeting. If the <br />Commissioner's would like, they can email their suggestions to Ms. Waltjen. <br />Mr. Kaneshiro stated he was looking for a Motion to accept the Comprehensive List that <br />was revised on December 27, 2006 Moved by Ms. Walker. Seconded by Mr. Campbell. <br />Mr. Kaneshiro called for a vote on the Motion, all members voted aye by voice vote, <br />motion carried. <br />
