UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />• Commission to continue discussing drafting of the 2008 Annual Report to <br />the Mayor <br />(The Commissioners went into discussion regarding drafting of the 2008 Annual Report to the <br />Mayor) <br />Break -11:38 a.m. <br />Reconvened —11:47 a.m. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Commission to generate the 2008 Prioritized List for submittal to the <br />Mayor <br />(A handout containing graphic elements and a chart of prioritized list lands were provided to the <br />commissioners by Mr. Inaba). Ms. Springer noted that the Commission will return to <br />"unfinished business" after this discussion is completed. <br />Mr. Yada then presented Geographic Information System (GIS) maps and aerials of Cape <br />Kumukahi, Honolulu Landing and Wai`ele to the Commission. <br />(The commissioners went into discussion with Mr. Yada regarding these properties) <br />Lunch —12:33 p.m. <br />Reconvened— 2: 00 p.m. <br />Mr. Yada continued his presentation of GIS maps and aerials for Puapua`a, Pa`o`o and Honoli`i. <br />(The commissioners continued their discussion with Mr. Yada regarding these properties) <br />(The commissioners continued their discussion regarding drafting of the 2008 Prioritized List) <br />Commissioner Markovich moved for approval to add Kawa onto the list for consideration of <br />properties for the 2008 Prioritized List, seconded by Commissioner Gilmartin and carried <br />unanimously by voice vote. <br />Ms. Springer noted that they will not be considering Punalu`u and Kaiholena in the prioritized <br />list since it is not for sale. She then told the commissioners that they will now have to vote for <br />the top properties and determine how many would be listed on the prioritized list. <br />(The commissioners individually voted on the properties ranking them highest priority to lowest <br />priority) <br />-2- <br />
