Kalani Flores <br />Daryl Inaba, Property Management Specialist, Finance <br />Others Present: Amy Self, Deputy Corporation Counsel (arrived 10:17 a. m.; left 11:13 a. m.) <br />Harry Yada, Property Manager, Finance <br />Alexandra Kelepolo, Clerk III, Finance <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order by Chair Hannah Springer at 10:00 a.m. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Ms. Springer noted that approval of the minutes of October 20, 2008 will be deferred to the next <br />meeting as Ms. Moon needed clarification on a statement she made on Page 2. <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />• Commission to continue discussing drafting of the 2008 Annual Report to the Mayor <br />(The commissioners went into discussion regarding drafting of the 2008 Annual Report to the <br />Mayor) <br />Commissioner Gilmartin moved to approve the cover letter as drafted.
