The <br />property is located at 64-5001 Mana Place, approximately 400 feet north from the <br />intersection of Mana Road and Mana Place within Pu‘ukapu, Waimea, South Kohala, <br />Hawai‘i, TMK: 6-4-005: Portion of 008. <br /> <br /> APPLICANT: INNOVATIONS PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL <br />2. <br />(AMENDMENT TO SPECIAL PERMIT NO. 1262) <br />Amendment request for a 4-year time extension to Condition No. 3 of Special Permit No. <br />1262, which allowed the establishment of a public charter school and related facilities on <br />5 acres of land situated within the State Land Use Agricultural District. Condition No. 3 <br />requires that a paved parking lot be provided for the school. The applicant is requesting <br />an additional four (4) years to pave the existing gravel parking lot. The property is <br />located along the east (mauka) side of Queen Ka‘ahumanu Highway, approximately <br />1,500 feet north of the Queen Ka‘ahumanu Highway–Hualālai Road intersection, Pua‘a <br />rd <br />3, North Kona, Hawai‘i, TMK: 7-5-10: portion of 1. <br /> <br /> THE CORPORATION OF THE PRESIDING BISHOP OF <br />3. <br />THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS <br /> <br />(SPP 11-118/USE 11-25) <br />Applications for a Special Permit and a Use Permit to allow the construction and <br />establishment of a church meeting house and related improvements on 5.273 acres of <br />land situated within the State Land Use Agricultural District and the County’s Single <br />Family Residential (RS-15) zoned district. The property is located at 81-6493 Hawai‘i <br />Belt Road, which is at the northwest corner of the intersection of Hawai‘i Belt Road <br />(Māmalahoa Highway) and Onouli Road at Onouli1st, South Kona, Hawaii, <br />TMK: 8-1-004:005. <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
