Application for a Special Permit to allow the establishment of an automotive repair shop within an existing garage, storage area and accessory uses on 3,688 square feet of land situated on a larger 3-acre parcel within the State Land Use Agricultural District. The property is located at 64-5001 Mana Place, approximately 400 feet north from the intersection of Mana Road and Mana Place within Pu‘ukapu, Waimea, South Kohala, Hawai‘i, TMK: 6-4-005: Portion of 008. APPLICANT: INNOVATIONS PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL 2.
