Petition No. 2011-04: Initial review of petition alleging that an officer conspired to <br />deprive Petitioner of his constitutional rights, in violation of Sections 2-83(a)(3) and <br />2-83(b) of the Hawai‘i County Code of Ethics. <br /> <br />d. Petition No. 2011-05: Initial review of petition alleging that an officer conspired to <br />deprive Petitioner of his constitutional rights, in violation of Sections 2-83(a)(3) and <br />2-83(b) of the Hawai‘i County Code of Ethics. <br /> <br />e. Petition No. 2011-07: Further initial review of petition alleging that an officer, “by <br />offering solely to the Bank of Hawai‘i the purchase of Hawai‘i County General <br />Obligation Bond Anticipation Notes . . . provided unwarranted privileges, <br />advantages, and treatment to Bank of Hawai‘i.” <br /> <br />f. Petition No. 2010-10: Review draft order following the 5/11/11 formal hearing on <br />petition alleging that Councilmember Brenda Ford did not treat Kimo Lee in a <br />“courteous, fair and impartial manner” at his confirmation hearing. <br /> <br /> <br />6. EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />With reference to the agenda items listed below, one or more executive meetings are <br />anticipated. In particular, the Board of Ethics anticipates it may consider the evaluation, <br />dismissal, or disciplining of an officer or employee of the County of Hawai‘i, where <br />considerations of matters affecting privacy will be involved. The Board may also consult <br />with the Board’s attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the Board’s powers, duties, <br />privileges, immunities, and liabilities. Therefore, pursuant to Hawai‘i Revised Statutes <br />(“HRS”) Sections 92-5(a)(2), 92-5(a)(4), and 92-6(a)(2), the following items may be <br />considered in Executive Session. <br /> <br />a. Approval of the minutes of the June 8, 2011, meeting (Executive Session). <br /> <br />b.
