Section_ Challenges to the Plan. <br /> In the event of a successful court challenge of a plan, the commission shall continue in <br /> operation and may assist the court in formulating a new plan unless a court of competent <br /> jurisdiction determines otherwise." <br /> SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance or the application thereof to any person <br /> or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of <br /> the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this <br /> end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> SECTION 4.
