Schneider moved to approve the agenda as submitted. L. Ugalde seconded the <br />motion. The motion was passed. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />K. Schneider moved to approve the May 13, 2011 minutes. N. Kelly seconded the <br />motion. The motion was passed. <br /> <br />TREASURER’S REPORT <br />The treasurer’s report was circulated. <br /> <br />N. Kelly reported that all expenses including the radio spots have been paid as of <br />June 14, 2011 except a $35.40 reimbursement. Outstanding expenses are mileage and <br />meals for today’s meeting. The committee would like to process the rental fee of $150 <br />for the Ladies Night Out event by the end of this fiscal year if possible. N. Kelly will try <br />to get an invoice. <br /> <br />L. Ugalde moved to accept the treasurer’s report. K. Schneider seconded the motion. <br />The motion was passed. <br /> <br />STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />None. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE <br />A.
