Since on or around November 23, 2004, Defendant UNIDEV, LLC, <br /> ("UniDev") was a Delaware limited liability company licensed to do business in the State of <br /> Hawai'i. <br /> 3. Since on or around January 19, 2007, Defendant UNIDEV HAWAII, LLC <br /> ("UniDev Hawaii")was a Delaware limited liability company licensed to do business in the <br /> State of Hawaii,and has its principal place of business in the State of Hawai'i. <br /> 4. Defendants JOHN DOES 1-50,JANE DOES 1-50, DOE PARTNERSHIPS l- <br /> 50, DOE CORPORATIONS 1-50, DOES NON-PROFIT CORPORATIONS 1-50; DOE <br /> LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES 1-50, and DOE ENTITIES 1-10 ("Doe Defendants") <br /> are persons, corporations, partnerships, business entities, or non-profit entities who/which <br /> proximately caused or contributed to the violations and damages alleged by the County <br /> herein. The County has been unable to ascertain the names and identities of the above-named <br /> Doe Defendants from the investigation that has been conducted to date. Accordingly, the <br /> County has sued the unidentified Doe Defendants herein with fictitious names pursuant to <br /> Rule 17(d)of the Hawai'i Rules of Civil Procedure, and the County will substitute the true <br /> names', identities,capacities, acts and/or omissions of the Doe Defendants when the same are <br /> ascertained. <br /> 5. All of the acts and occurrences alleged herein occurred within the County of <br /> Hawaii and the State of Hawaii. <br /> 2 <br />
