United States, 90 F.3d 351, 356 (9th Cir. <br /> 1996) (affirming the district court's denial of leave to amend "[b]ecause the <br /> proposed claim would be redundant and futile"). <br /> IV. CONCLUSION <br /> The Defendants' Motions to Dismiss are GRANTED, and Cole's <br /> Second Amended Complaint is dismissed with prejudice.
