UDOVIC <br /> I, MICHAEL J. UDOVIC, do hereby declare the following: <br /> 1. I am an attorney licensed to practice law before all courts of the State of Hawaii <br /> and am the Deputy Corporation Counsel assigned to the within matter. <br /> 2. That I reviewed the Real Property Tax Data for the County of Hawaii to <br /> determine if Plaintiff Jack Thomas' ("Plaintiff') name appears as an owner of a parcel of <br /> property on Oahu Road in Nanawale. <br /> 3. That Plaintiff's name does not appear in any of the documents I was able to <br /> locate. The parcel of property located at 14-3405 Oahu Road, Nanawale Estates, did have a <br /> number of sales noted dating from September of 1990. <br /> 4. I then reviewed the Grantor and Grantee Indexes for the State of Hawaii Bureau <br /> of Conveyances to determine if Plaintiff's name appeared on any of the sales noted in the Real <br /> Property Tax Data Base. <br />
