I will promptly pay or satisfy all liens against the Property. <br /> Condominium and PUD Assessments. If the Property includes an apartment unit in a <br /> Condominium Project or in a PUD,I will promptly pay,when they are due,all assessments imposed <br /> by the owners'association or other organization that governs the Condominium,Project or PUD. <br /> That association or organization will be called the"Owners'Association." <br /> 4.
