Commissioner Ono <br />seconded, and it carried unanimously. <br />• HPC 11 -19: Complainant complained about being arrested when he refused to allow <br />the Fire Department onto his property to extinguish a brush fire. Commissioner Ignacio <br />moved that there was insufficient evidence to prove the complainant's allegations of <br />misconduct.
